HIstoric Building Restoration

We decided to save our beloved grange hall because it carries deep rich history in our town. Old buildings continually need maintenance and over the years we have been sprucing up the hall. In recent years because of structural issues and our hopes for using the building for community events as well as our monthly meetings, we have addressed many safety issues and begun a very large restoration project. That has included removing old framework, masonry and rebuilding for strength and design.

We have also removed some very large trees that were close to the building and were able to turn them into the lumber for our new fence and raised garden beds.
